No longer able to run PoE2 in windowed fullscreen

So the game have automaticly changed to fullscreen mode.
Maybe after some uppdate or something.
When i try change to windowed fullscreen the game freezes and nothing can be done exept terminate PoE2.

Please fix, i need to be able to access trade that are on monitor 2.
The game is unplayable at this point.

If i exit my HO and go to clearfell encampment, then i can change to windowed fullscreen.
So its something related to beeing in a hideout that causes the freeze.

after this i can go back to my HO and paly in windowed fullscreen.

I have no issues with that. The only problem has the NVIDIA App, don't optimize your game through it, if you do, then it will jump into fullscreen mode. Why? No idea.
