POE2 destroy internet connection when loading a map or temple - Unexpected error

Hey GGG,

thank you for the game, I'm enjoying it a lot, but today the issue I1m raising is unbearable.

So in the past this happened once or twice a day, but this morning whenever I'm loading to a map or Vaal temple it logs out to the loading screen with unexpected error and it completely destroys my internet connection on PS5 - I need to restart the machine so it can reconnect to the internet.

Today this happened 3 times in 10 minutes - tried to run 2 maps happened both times and 1 Vaal temple - so I could not play.

This happened in the past, every day the first load to a map ended up to unexpected error, need to restart the PS5 and afterward it is okay for a day or so - but today it got worse.

Hope you will check fit and fix it.

Yes - I'm in EU as well,

I've tried today again after a week - I cannot play the game at the moment - From character selection to loading to hideout - it disconnected the ps from the internet again - restart, try again after 5 minutes - hideout now loads but loading a map again ended up with disconnection :(

So not kidding but at the moment I cannot play the game

have this problem for 2 months,have tried everything i could possibly think of so we have to hope ggg finds a solution or even acknowledge it as a problem

That is concerning - for me this is just the past few weeks - leave start it was somewhat okay - only once a day it happened

I have tried again and cannot load to a map or my hideout it desicnnects internet from my PS5

if you play on lan cable, sometimes i can play for a long time when using wifi.
when i disconnect and breaks my lan connection i change to wifi and i can play sometimes like a 30% chance lol made it to act 4 in one siting but whenever i join a party or log off the bug reappears kinda cursed

That is strange - to change wifi.
Did GGG recognize this bug at all? Did they said they work on it?

its just works sometimes not always.
i don't think they look into it as for now it just happens for like a couple of people they probably have other priorities rn.
for now we have to just wait and make a couple posts from time to time to spread awareness i guess

I get it, they are making a great game - but I could not play it in the past 3 weeks - maybe starting 10 times the game after each other it would work - but I don't wanna waste 30-60 minutes just tu be able to play :(
