crit not working.

So crit works for doedres undoing but why does it not work for impending doom? they both have the same crit chance and im blood mage 15%. yet one deodres works and impending doom doesnt would like so feedback. maybe i dont understand it properly but i did testing so i dont knmow!

Don't think I have a PoE2 character to check this with, so...with which metric are you determining that crit isn't working for Doom Blast, the skill granted by Impending Doom?

i am using cast on crit and the modifier number doesnt show any crit charge being made. yet i have 60% crit chance. the crit works on every ability that says its does aecept impending doom/ doom blast. must be a bug or overlooked since its niche build rn. and if it is a bug would like it fixed kinda ruined my whole league build i came up with.

If you mouse over the Energy keyword in-game, the last line of the explanation states triggered spells won't grant Energy themselves.

Impending Doom doesn't make the Curse skill deal damage, it triggers the spell Doom Blast. Because Doom Blast is triggered, the hit won't grant Energy to Cast on Crit.
