Lag spikes

Hello, i've been experiencing lag spikes alot. it goes from 4 ms to 20 to 1000. Usually when i open the map, when i cast skills or when i walk. First i thought its related to fps drops. But i realized its the ping because i have high end pc with decent settings and compared that to my friend's pcs.

This is the only game im having this issue. All my drivers are updated. I even disabled ipv6, tried so many things on the internet. None of them worked.

How can i fix this ?

First let's get some certainty on whether it's a framerate issue or a latency problem.

Please post a screenshot of Path of Exile 2, with the full suite of performance metrics visible, taken during one of the spikes so we've greater insight into what's going on.
