Runed Monoliths in Copper Citadel

Today I started a Copper Citadel (Jamanra), and Runed monoliths spawned near the start of the map, but they have some bugs.

The most obvious is that they are floating in the air, due to the carriage not having a floor or base under them, you can also walk in the hole, floating above the moving sands.

Also, a bit less obvious, the carriage itself, where the monoliths spawned, is sideways with its wheels rotating as to move towards the top right of the screen, instead of the top left as the rest of the moving carriages.
