[POE2] Why is abyss last point a rng fest and every other atlas skill point just normal?

Well i got every atlas passive skill point but "Defeat Androth or Tasgul" been running abyss with the node Abyssal Ire for 2 days and nothing! great job guys lets give a raise to the dev who had that decision.
