Poe2 energyzed crystal medallion

Hey, I created a new character to play the vaal temple but my character can't seem to be able to get last medallion to increase crystal capacity (54/60). I killed the archited so many times and seems like it's bugged or something it won't give me the last medallion. Anyone else?
