Dueling wand (Spellsinger) bug. Bricked wand?

So yesterday my wand stopped working.
It happens only on my character and only with this wand - other dueling wands with spellsinger skill works fine, but my mirror wand not.
Also i gaved this wand to my friend - for some reason on his character wand works fine.
I know same bug on cast on crit/other trigger auras and it can be fixed with changing weapon sets 1/2 in aura/socketed spell, but in spellsinger it cannot.
Anyone knows solution and how can i fix my wand on my character? Cuz i really want to use skill on wand wich i payed mirror :)
