[3.27] Foulborn MotC 100% MoM: fixing 100% 'taken as' issue

Issue: with exactly 100% cold/fire taken as lightning/chaos, you still get cold/fire damage to life. There is a rounding of 'taken as' values that "leaks" damage.

Solution: positive cold/fire resistances. With at least 1% res and 70% MoM, the leaked damage is not taken from life.

It is not necessary to use PoL and PoL watcher's eye for 101%. It is possible to use font of thunder and BBD, with positive res, and use a different body armour than foulborn inpulsa's.

Edit: However, you need to overcap your cold/fire res to counter map mods, altars and boss effects, so 101% maybe still be desired for convenience.
