Microtransaction shop, IN GAME

hello, i had access to the microtransaction shop just barelly 10 days ago.

Now i want to buy something, the the shop wont even list what there is for sale... so i cannot buy anything, no merchant tab or characther effects.


however, i am able to add poe2 point for the purpose of spending in the shop.
i can also buy special packs.

what i cant do is see anything and everything else in the microtransaction shop.


everytihng is up to date of my side, no change in hardware of softwware.
i do not use a vpn.



please let me know what i can do, if anything to fix this.

This has been happening to me over the last couple of weeks. In game, sometimes the shop works, like yesterday it did. Now it only works for "My Cosmetics," "Points," "Packs," and I get the front screen for "Featured." The only options don't list any of the things that I could buy.

yeah nothing new this has been happening for months, it started showing things the day they released the shapeshifting cosmetics, after that it got bugged again
