Mortar Cannon Totem missing "Attack" tag

Every other totem in the game has either the "Attack" or "Spell" tag, allowing them to be buffed by +skill level modifiers on weapons. Even the similar "meta" totem "Ancestral Warrior Totem" has the Attack tag. This should be added to Mortar Cannon for consistency, and to make the skill more playable

hey hey hey stop comparing it to other totems unless you want to start consuming charges from the next league xD also the totem doesnt get any benefits above level 20, in fact it gets worse for some reason because it costs more mana, same thing is happening with ancestral warrior totem, so ye, you probably dont want it above level 20, and the skill is playable and played the most out of the bunch
