Another missing guaranteed reward from campaign Fate of the Vaal encounters + Zones w/ no encounter

I thought these intentionally dropped garbage, but the 0.4.0d patch note clarified it's a bug. ("Fixed a bug where Fate of the Vaal encounters in Spires of Deshar, Matlan Waterways and Solitary Confinement didn't have a guaranteed reward.")

I have a full list of every campaign encounter, this encounter is also missing a guaranteed drop:

Ogham Farmlands


Also i noticed a few zones don't have a Fate of the Vaal encounter, which may or may not be intended:

Path of Mourning
Dreadnought
Dreadnought Vanguard
