Volatility self hit and ailments.

The physical damage taken from volatility, when converted to lightning damage, does not seem to be able to shock you. I know for a fact it is dealing a lightning hit, because it can trigger Valakos' charge on the Lightning Coil Unique item, which specifically states "% of physical damage from HITS taken as lightning".

I also know that hitting yourself with physical damage and converting it to lightning damage with this item CAN result in self-shock, because it does so with the Scold's Bridle physical hit and the Heartbound Loop hit when your minions die.

This leads me to believe there is something buggy about how the physical hit from volatility is implemented.
