Vaal Temple automatically closes when I open the console to lock my rooms and close manualy.

This has happened twice today.
I complete a run, teleport out, open the console and it just automatically closes before I can lock my rooms and close it manually. I did not leave the temple area at all so the instance did not close. I just wanted to open console, lock my rooms, close, and run again.. but for some reason as soon as I opened the console it closed my temple and deleted my rooms.

I have lost so many rooms because of this. Please attend to the issue, thank you in advance.
