Temple teamplay bug

So I been running my temple with a friend for the past week.

Half of the time after we complete the temple and we both exit the main entrance (we are not doing the bosses, and no room is connected), the temple will automatically close and i am not able to lock the rooms.

please help, this is very discouraging to team play.
