Rite of passage spirit of Owl - No summoning any owls

Hello,

" No ingenuity. I have Owl buff on top corner, getting all damage increase-energy shield etc. but owl itself never spawning, thus no cold tornados. I've used couple different rite of passage charms by now. This one has definetely problem on summoning the spirit. |
