Uruks melting doesn't seems to work with Scavenger Plating despite its being socketed!

Does anyone knows anything about this???

Generally why can't socket a gem support that gives break Armour chance but i can socket a support gem or Lineage that allows more Armour break? Is this more Armour break affect other skills?

Can anyone answer from GGG team? Otherwise is a bug!
