Missing Socketed Skill COEA

Hi,
Here's another instance of this old and game breaking bug.
For some weird reason, COEA only works on Weapon Set II, even though I have more than enough attributes and spirit available.

After dying the last 3 maps, I noticed my damage was simply way way lower after upgrading my ring. Turns out COEA wasn't active.

Well, back to 0% EXP now... RIP.

GGG, after googling for solutions a bit, I noticed that this big is quite old.
Can we trust you that it will get prioritized to be fixed soon?
