Temple Sacrificed Rooms no longer appearing

As the title says, I sacrificed a corruption chamber a while back and I was wondering why I can't seem to see it now especially now that I need it.

I've run over 30 to 40 complete runs on my temple and I still can't seem to get any corruption chamber as a medallion or a card.

same, sad. might quit the league. its insanely time consuming to build the temple
