Oracle: Entwined Realities

I was refunding some passives when I refunded a keystone passive, and at the same time I allocated a passive that was in radius of the passive accidently. It ended up taking the point and now i only have 112 instead of 113. I'm level 87 with all weapon skill points unlocked, and both of the ones from the oracle ascendancy. I tried reallocating the keystone but it didn't give me the point back.

At level 87 you get 86 points since you start at level 1 with no points.
