Never got quest to get hideout in Poe2

I’m on ps5, was running a new character and finished campaign and interludes. after when I talk to ange there is no quest prompt only options to select hideout but they are all greyed and can’t select one. I can’t set up a sell page and it’s really bumming me out. Please help.
