Error device out of memory

Since the last 1 or 2 patches i keep getting constantly this error, out of device memory.
sometimes during game start but mostly during map transitions or teleports.

my system is the same since game launch and i never had these issues before.

plx fix this, its annoying to restart the game after every map or teleport.

No one else have this kind of crash?

I tryed every possible solution and nothing works, i lowered graphics and resolution to minimum, unchecked cpu affinity 0 and 1, changed page file, limited cpu usage but im still getting crashes on every map change or teleport.

so i can only play 1 map between crashs.

so what i figured out is that this crash with said error only happens to my mercenary but not to my scorceress.

anyone else have crashs with mercenery?
