vaal temple pips

i looked around to see if it had been reported yet but couldnt see anything.

a play with a buddy all the time and come across the vaal circles. once completed i notcied i wasnt making any progress on opening the temple. i have tried just about everything i can think of and nothing has changed the outcome. i am now level 48 and have had 1 temple open. my buddy has had enough to where he has 16 rooms
