The game shows a message that the required skill gem is missing.

All required skill gems are correctly socketed and linked.

The skill setup worked normally before, then abruptly became unusable.

No gear, gem, or socket changes were made prior to the issue occurring.

Steps to Reproduce

Socket and link Cast on Critical Strike with a valid active skill gem.

Use the skill setup normally.

At some point (unclear trigger), the skill stops working and shows a “missing skill gem” error despite the gem being present.

Expected Result

Cast on Critical Strike should recognize the linked skill gem and function normally as long as requirements are met.

Actual Result

The skill becomes unusable and displays an incorrect missing gem error.

Additional Information / Update

This issue has occurred again (second occurrence) and is now consistently reproducible.

I found that the problem is triggered when Elemental Weakness is socketed together with Dialla’s Desire.

The Cast on Critical Strike setup is functioning normally beforehand.

Immediately after socketing Elemental Weakness into Dialla’s Desire, Cast on Critical Strike stops working.

The game displays “Missing required skill gem”, even though all required gems are correctly socketed and linked.

No other changes to gear, gems, or links were made at the time.

This strongly suggests an interaction or validation issue between Dialla’s Desire, curse gems (Elemental Weakness), and Cast on Critical Strike.
