Ritus of Passage (Owl variant) – Owl never spawns?

Hi everyone,

I’ve acquired the Ritus of Passage in the Owl variant.
The description says:

“Players periodically summon a spectral owl that creates a cold tornado.”

My problem is: I have never seen the owl spawn. Not even once.

I’ve run multiple maps and paid close attention during the encounter, but the owl simply does not appear.

Is this bugged, or is there some condition/mechanic I might be missing for the owl to trigger?

Any ideas or experiences with this would be appreciated.
