Cast on Critical Bugged

I have a Cast on Critical level 21, 23% quality, im have 2 comets socketed, but the game isnt counting, it says missing socketed skill, if i change the coc for a lower level one it works normaly though. The worst part is the skill was functioning but i turn it off for some tests, and now i cant use it anylonger, i tried to socket other spells and the error continues.
