Can't go to the past to start act 4

I can't go back to Ziggurat Encampment (past) to start act 4.

I also can't walk certain areas such as The Ardura Caravan and Ziggurat Encampment. I also can't use the portal for all those areas.

Here are the things I did as a workaround but did not work.

-mapped keybinds (works on most of the areas aside from the main towns)
-re-installed the game
-verified integrity of game files via Steam
-tried to port through the surrounding zones portal
-partied with a friend to port to the past zones such as Utzaal but I got this error message "invalid query your account is unable to use this feature"

Did you try to go back through the portal to the past?

Yeah, I tried clicking the portal and it does nothing. Funny thing is that in order for me to reach that portal, I need to dodge roll since I can't walk on main towns such as Ziggurat Encampment.

I already tried it but i still can't move or click portals on the said areas.
The only thing I can do is to talk to NPCs and dodge roll.

Just to clarify, when we say portal we mean portal not waypoint, you say portal(s) as in more than one. Making sure we are on the same page.

Yeah, I mean the portal (time machine) going to Ziggurat (past) and the waypoints.

Sorry to say I cant think of anything from that point, that's the only way back to the past, I'm not aware of any work around. There's a flag on your character that's causing issues.
