Tablets with 1 additional azmeri wisp

I currently have, and have seen a guide recommending, tablets with +2 additional azmeri wisps per map. It may only be on overseer tablets

However, this mod on poe2.db and on trade, seems to only go up to 1.

Is the 2 a display bug? Or some other strangeness? I'm not sure but it seemed like something to report.
