Decaying Hex not working with Blasphemy curse aura - Bug Report ID: #4014710649

Based on Decaying Hex' text, it should apply to cursed targets, it is not stated that it should not work with curse auras.

Additionally, the tooltip states both casts per second and Chaos damage per second to cursed targets stats.

Attempted with Blasphemy + Decay + Decaying Hex support
