PC-only interaction lock after simultaneous PC + PlayStation login

Hello

I am experiencing a character-specific bug on PC

The character works normally on PlayStation.
On PC only, NPCs, stash, map device and other interactions randomly stop responding.
Movement works, but clicks do nothing.
Other characters on PC are unaffected.

The issue started after logging into the same account simultaneously on PC and PlayStation
Reinstalling the game and deleting local config folders did not resolve the issue

Platform:
- PC (Steam)
- PlayStation 5

This appears to be a server-side character state issue affecting only the PC client

In your action bar on that character what have you assigned to the left mouse button?

Change that keybind to Move Only.

Thanks for the reply yes i took out the skill from the left mouse(becouse i see your msg) and now start working fine thank you
