Blasphemy does not work

I have recently noticed that the text that pops up -whenever you complete a temple room or the whole temple- shows a syntax error and my blasphemy skill did not work sometimes inside of a temple. Nowadays blasphemy doesn´t work at all, neither inside of vaal temples nor outside.

I have tried to change my gems and checking if I was meeting the requirements but everything was okay so I tried if reintalling the game would solve the problem but it did not work.

By the way the bug only occurs to one of my characters.

also check curse level socketed (enemy lvl 79 are immune to any curse level 17 or below) into blasphemy and that is active in both weapon sets.
