stuck on character select loading

Hi,

My account is stuck and I can't enter the game.

After selecting any character, the game just keeps loading indefinitely.
This happens on both PC and PS5.
I tried multiple gateways, especially EU ones since that's where I get the best connection.
Friends can log in normally and play normally, I can't seem to connect with or without them.

Could my account be session-locked server-side?
Please help, it's been like that since yesterday.

Region usually played: Milan EU (usually, but all EU gateways seem to fail)

Does this affect all characters or only a single character?

(If you only have one, create another for testing - we do need to know.)
