Spellslinger not Weapon Swapping

Spellslinger does not work like other skills provided by weapons. If you gather energy in Spellslinger, and then swap to alternate weapon set, you cannot use the binding for Spellslinger to swap weapons and invoke it. This contrasts with how other weapon implicit skills work.


Reproduction:
1. Dueling wand in Weapon set 1, Quarterstaff (or other weapon with implicit skill) in weapon set 2.
2. Gather energy for Spellslinger by casting spells
3. Swap to weapon set 2
4. Attempt to use Spellslinger: Nothing happens, still on weapon set 2. Must first swap back to Dueling wand and then use Spellslinger.

Typically, binding a skill for an alternate weapon and set and using it while on a primary set will swap to the alternate weapon and use the skill.

Solution: Allow an invoked skill to swap sets when used. Then someone can use an alternate set and quickly switch and invoke Spellslinger via single button press, as opposed to two.

This might be related to there being no use time on Spellslinger, I don't know if this affects other instant weapon skills or not.
