Skipping ascendency pathrough causes not able to allocate last 2 points

I have reached lvl 90 on just 4 ascendancy points, and finished 2 times Trials of chaos lvl 80. Second (and 3rd) pass of trial doesn't proved last 2 point. I have the sound of allocating but none getting. Inscribed ultimatum says that completing will grant additional Ascendance points.
I will try if Sekhemas will provide.

Actually I expected to get 4 points on one pass-through of a trial.
