Still can't log in

Hi,

My account is stuck and I can't enter the game. It's been like that since Monday (It's Wednesday now and still nothing works).

After selecting any character, the game just keeps loading indefinitely.
This happens on both PC and PS5.
I tried multiple gateways, especially EU ones since that's where I get the best connection.
I tried multiple characters, all experience the same issue.
I've tried restarting my router, my PC and my PS5 to no avail, everything else internet related works fine and as intended (browsing, Discord, downloading, other online games).
Friends can log in normally and play normally, I can't seem to connect with or without them.
I've already sent an email and was told that they cannot look into it and that I should post it here on the forum. I I I did post it before but sadly the issue still persists.
couldn't find any similar thread that talked about (and hopefully solve) this issue.

Please help, this is day 3 of not being able to log in properly.

On the character selection screen, do you see a small "home" button to the right of the character name? If so, click on it and select to respawn in town/hideout.

Does that work?

Tried that already, it worked one time, then I got stuck on the moment I tried to join a friend's instance.
Since then that hasn't worked anymore either.
