"Game server lost contact with the realm" causing severe instance loss!!

Hi GGG team,
I am creating this bug report because this server connection issue has made the game completely unplayable for me. I keep getting the following error message randomly: "Game server lost contact with the realm." (I have attached a screenshot of the error). To clarify, this doesn't happen right when I log in. It happens at completely random moments while I am already inside an instance. I can be right in the middle of a run or almost at the end, and the game suddenly disconnects me. When I log back in, all my portals are gone, and the instance is completely closed, along with all the loot inside. Because of these random crashes, I have lost a massive amount of high-value end-game content, including: Multiple Vaal Temples Several end-game Waystones Multiple Area Level 80 Trial of the Sekhemas The frustration of constantly losing my portals and end-game progression due to these unpredictable server drops has forced me to stop playing entirely until this is fixed. " Exactly. I just quit playing entirely because of this. I have no intention of going back to PoE 1, so I'm simply moving on to other games. It's really frustrating because I haven't seen server issues this bad even in smaller indie games. |

I got the same error while doing a 150 Breach splinter run.
When I got back in the game, the splinters were gone, map access was gone and I have nothing to show for the 150 splinters I just used |
