The Prisoner (Act 4 - Solitary Confinement - bug?)

Hey,

after several attempts on killing the Prisoner in the Solitary Confinement, I finally managed to do it.

I killed him and was thrilled when I saw him drop a unique Elementalist Robe.

In my excitement I clicked the item to pick it up just to realise that I must have died due to the bosses dots after defeating him..

I respawned in hopes to claim my rewards but I had to find out that the loot he dropped is completely gone.


If you get to him the first time, you just have to pull the levers to get into his cell. (Map stays the same I guess)

After defeating him, I have to enter a new instance "The Arena" to get to his position.

The loot I dropped in the first bossroom is not obtainable in that instance..

Is there anything the support team can do to help me?

I was really fighting this boss and was overwhelmed when I saw him drop a unique item for me.

PS: Loving the Game so far, I contacted the support via mail first - I got a response in less than 7 minutes. Fastest support contact in my life. Thanks a bunch, Joel.

I hope someone can help me with this problem.
