Crashing: Failed to join instance/unexpected error

My last post was rather harsh.. Since I love playing the game so much and when it crashes me out of my temple twice in a row only 5 rooms in is when I love playing the most. Imagine that I downloaded the new driver update and it crashed immediately again..
Its honestly sad to see this game being neglected. There is so much potential yet feels like the developers are wasting away time and resources for a 15 year old game. They promised only a year of early access. Constantly over promising and under delivering is a sure fire way to send your game to the depths of hell.
We have to spend 30-50 hours to build a temple. Do the developers even spend that much time on this game per week or is it just purposeful negligence?
Is there a way to get compensated for the amount of time I have lost because of constant crashing and bugs? Do the developers just want us to stop playing the game????

I and some other people are having the same issue. Crashes and Roll-backs. Failed to join any instance. Hope this gets resolved.

lol its not even rolling back everything/ i picked up 5 divines and they are gone and temple is closed charges lost... medallions also gone.
its not like its my 4th time having to build a 75 room temple for it to be wiped out because of bullshit like this
