Bug, Sand of time and controller on PC

I thin i found a bug in POE 2 on PC.

I've found a bug with the passive ability "Sand of Time."

When playing with a controller and trying to reassign abilities.

The yellow selection and navigation square repeatedly and very quickly reappears in the upper left corner, making it impossible to select what you want.

I removed all my equipment and abilities.

Then I removed the Chronomancer's passives one by one.

The problem definitely stems from "Sand of Time."
