[Megalomaniac Diamond] Grenade skills don't fire additional grenades

Megalomaniac which allocates "Cluster Bombs".
However, there is somehow a bug which makes the Jewel useless. If I slot in efficiency 2 into Flash Grenade for example and go into a map its randomly not working until I slot efficiency 2 out and in again.
