[3.28] Varunastra Saviour Cyclone of Tumult Slayer - 50M+ DPS - Ubers - Simulacrum [VIDEO GUIDE]

This is likely my final build of the league, and the league was a blast overall. Cyclone of Tumult is in a really good spot overall right now, and I've wanted to do something with Varunastra for quite some time. I eventually decided to pair it with the Saviour, since the Saviour also effectively doubles the damage of the weapon in the other hand, making up for the somewhat lackluster DPS on Varunastra.

We use Forbidden Flesh and Flame jewels to get Weapon Master from the Gladiator, and we get full use of all bonuses on that node because Varunastra counts as all weapon types. We also use the Overlord cluster jewel notable for fortify, transferred onto an axe/sword base using the new fog currency.

We have the usual Slayer defenses of infinite leech, which is very strong when paired with the 20% instant leech from Weapon Master, endurance charges from masterful form, the aforementioned fortify, and a good amount of evasion.

For damage, I'm going with pretty standard phys crit/impale scaling, using an imbued cyclone with increased critical strikes to make up for the low base crit on the weapons. Even after the nerf, Woespike seems pretty strong, so I'm using one of those. Using the standard mana cost chest to make cyclone free in combination with an exarch implicit on the helmet.

Overall, a very well-rounded build and another fun run of Cyclone. Very happy with how this one turned out.
