Best CWDT Setups?

Hey Marauders,

do you have any suggestions for 1 or 2 separate CWDT gems? Currently I'm running:

CWDT1: searing bond (lol), warlord's mark, enduring cry
CWDT2: immortal call, increased duration, molten shell


I'm actually thinking of dropping enduring cry because the most effective way I've found to generate charges is endurance charge on stun. It loses me a lot of DPS for one of my attacks but it's so effective that by the time my immortal call expires, i'm back up to max charges again (if fighting groups). (BTW - does this change when fighting same level / higher level mobs? I outlevel areas currently by about 5 or so)

And I only have searing bond in for the lols - essentially I can't think of anything else decent to put in there.

Anyway, any suggestions?

My personal favourites:

CWDT + Enduring Cry + Decoy Totem + Summon Skeleton

CWDT + Enduring Cry + Firestorm + Blind

CWDT + Enduring Cry + Flame Totem + Blind

CWDT + Enduring Cry + Any Curse (Quality) + Decoy Totem or Summon Skeleton



Low level Decoy and Skeletons basically die in 1 hit most of the time, but with level 1 CWDT they get summoned very frequently. Each of them absorbs at least 1 hit, and it also takes the enemy a bit of time to switch targets to them and back to me, so it actually reduces Damage taken a lot. Especially when multiple enemies target the same Skeleton.

Flame Totem or Firestorm + Blind is a good way to reduce incomeing damage. Flame Totem vs single targets/Bosses and Firestorm for Groups. Level Blind to 20 to increase the blind chance.

Usually i prefer to cast Curses myself, so i can level them up and increase their effectiveness.

I rarely use Immortal Call, and if it is part of my build i prefer to cast it myself.
I'm quite happy with this setup:

CWDT (7)+ Enduring Cry, Molten Shell, Enfeeble/Temporal Chains
CWDT (9) + Immortal Call + Increased Duration.

If you have 2 6Ls (weapon+armor), it is actually worthwhile dedicating one 6L for defensive rather than offensive skill. This is my secret recipe.

CWDT+MOLTEN SHELL+IRON WILL+EMPOWER+LIFE LEECH+INCREASED AOE

So, a situation whereby enemies seem to hit you hard and take out some of your hp suddenly turns into some kind of impenetrable defense and blasts right off in the enemies face. Whatever damage you took instead is instantly recovered with lifesteal attached to molten shell.

CWDT + molten shell + increase duration + immortal call is so boss - 7 to 8 seconds of physical immunity with 7 endurance charges all lvl 17 and they proc all the time.

CWDT + devouring totem + enduring cry - devouring totem is just like decoy totem because it draws a lot of mob attentions due to the fact it eats corpses to heal you. Enduring cry is awesome too because your immortal cry procs a lot and it can buy you some extra endurance charges in some situations.

I use all of these and I would highly recommend them for anyone using endurance charges. I also use endurance charge on melee stun is awesome but if you cant stun enduring cry is a great back up plan. Also invest in quality warlords mark because higher quality gives you a higher chance of endurance charge on kill.
cwdt + cold snap + iron will + added cold damage on my 900 str pillar cyclone build is pretty nifty, 747-1121 damage at only lvl 17
