Not receiving any mails from GGG (not getting my unlock code)

Due to a restart of my internet connection I need to type in the unlock code you normally receive from GGG if you get a new IP from your ISP, but since today, I don't seem to receive any mails from you guys.
Checked my spamfilter and black-/whitelists aswell. Even if I try to change my mail the confirmation mail doesn't appear in my mailbox.
I already wrote a message to the support, but I don't know if the root of the problem is my email provider or GGG. Thats why I'm posting here aswell, hoping to find someone with the same problem or any of you GGG guys to help me out :)

GGG uses gmail as their provider, so I highly doubt there are any issues on their end.

Also as a general rule, it's not an issue on GGG's end unless the forum becomes flooded with similar requests at around the same time. If you experience a problem and within 5 minutes there aren't a bunch of other posts containing the same problem, chances are, it is on your end somewhere. In this case, it's probably an issue with your mail provider.

GGG can attempt to help you fix the email on your account, but hopefully they won't need to. If you are using Yahoo! mail, don't. You should switch to a provider like gmail instead. Not only does this provide instant access to the unlock codes (due to GGG also being on gmail) but I REALLY like gmail's 2-factor authentication implementation. Enabling 2-Step Verification will keep your email account secure from unauthorized access even if they know your password. This by extension also protects your PoE account since they can't get the PoE account without the unlock code from the email.

Thanks for your answer. The thing thats confusing me is that it worked properly all the time. I changed nothing with my mail (its not yahoo) and the last mail I received from ggg was at the 29th of april.
Hm thats kind of mysterious

€: nevermind. the code just arrived in my mailbox. Maybe just some problems at my mail provider :)

It could very well be Gmail.. I use gmail for my business email and it's absolute crap. When you go into Gmail click on "All Mail" sometimes it likes to hide things in the great abyss.

That has nothing to do with whether or not the email was delivered/received. That's just the UI. Their SERVERS are very good and have a five 9's uptime and deliverabability.

While you might not like how the UI looks (you can use your own IMAP client in that case), they still have great reliability when it comes to sending/receiving emails... unlike other providers (namely Yahoo!).
