" 99% arc it's going to receive a huge nerf. "Rebalancing" does not mean "buffs". More like nerf OP spells and buff the shit ones. The thing is, will be unplayable or still good? How the new support gems gonna affect arc? Just have to wait to the numbers with the patch notes early march. So this build it's just a big "?" right now. But surely will be still good for a starter/nooby build. Última edição por MiguelFg#3451 em 20 de fev de 2019 18:21:33

sounds good, I put this mods in poe.trade and got some results in royal skeens, but how do I know there is free preffix?
pathofexile.com/trade is easier to search for empty pre/suffixes, like this one: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Betrayal/Bz8OELu8 There is one with T1 elemental as chaos, cast speed, AND attack speed on a Skean for 15C. That's a pretty sexy placeholder, with speed for whirling blades as well as decent dmg.
well, seems like most of the ppl selling good stuff stopped playing weeks ago, so its almost impossible to buy anything like posted above. Any chance someone reading this thread got cheap dagger with free preffix, elemental as choas, cast and attack speed for sale?
have a look at my profile and tell me what you want, ill donate it for free |

" After playing this and a couple of other caster builds one thing i can't imagine is not having a place to put Vaal RF in, it's not very new player friendly as using it in the wrong times gets you killed, but on the flip side timing it right allows for some damage breakpoints that can't otherwise be hit. A great example for that in this league was the betrayal encounters where you could hit dmg numbers that allowed you one shot them before they wind up their huge, but slow attacks and have a very easy time against them. I'd highly recommend everyone to give it a shot since it's not included in the build, but works all so well with it. |

I still got almost instakilled in T16 boss areas, is there any problem with my build or I just lack skill?

Like the Guide says https://i.imgur.com/1U7818U.png. Go through this, take the needed upgrades and voila, youre good to go.
Drop Mana Leech from Storm Brand for Onslaught or sth else, geht new daggers, get inpulsa, get a clear mind jewel and better jewellery. Well, just like Enki described in this in-depth guide. Besides that, you can get Gloves for Lightning Spire Trap to do bosses quickly. Most guys use it, me too, its a day and night difference for bossing. Someone described what you need couple of pages before or so. Regards |

with the upcoming update this build will probably be even better as they intent to buff self cast, lets see the next chapters of it.

" Your helm and boots in particular have low life rolls, but I would also consider upgrading some cobalt jewels to hypnotic eye jewels with 40-50 life and two useful damage affixes. Those would boost your health pool more since you have so much percentage based life affixes on your gear and passive tree. You basically have no gems qualitied, which is a noticeable DPS/survivability loss. Vendor your lvl20 gems together with a Gemcutter's Prism to get a lvl1, 20% quality version of the gem. Run some low-level maps to level them up and in no time you'll be back to the same power level as you were before, after that you'll see your sheet DPS increase once again, you'll move faster with Whirling Blades and your golems/totem will survive more hits as well. Do this for all your lvl20 gems, starting with Arc's support gems. You have your leech Watcher's Eye, you shouldn't need Mana Leech support or the mana potion anymore. I'd replace the gem with Culling Strike to make boss fights easier and the mana potion with a high penetration roll Wise Oak (make sure you have lightning as your highest uncapped resistance before switching to it). After that, you should consider crafting multimod daggers, since they would provide a huge DPS increase compared to your current ones and the faster you kill bosses, the less chances they have to one-shot you. If you're still dying to bosses all the time in T16 maps, you're probably either rolling them too hard (too many stacking damage mods or bad no leech/no regen combos) or you're not moving around to safety well enough. I very rarely stand still to cast Arc for more than 1-2 seconds in T16 maps - getting into the habit of constantly moving helps against abilities you might not see in time or ones that start off-screen. |

Hi, this is my first post on the forum. This guide has been absolutely amazing, and has carried me from a total noob as far as t10 maps. Also helped me begin to understand the basics of this game.
I don't know if I can post questions here, so remove this reply if needed. I seem to have hit a wall around tier 10 maps, I've started dying frequently and my XP loss is adding up. Could anyone recommend why this might be or what I should upgrade next? Still can't afford Inpulsa 6L, am thinking maybe essence worm with wrath socketed might help? https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Beastly_DPS/characters |
