Doing this build for 2nd league in a row. 3.9 has a different feel than the 3.8 build which I like. The soultether really works well. Just a few questions

1. In the final gem setup section there is no wave of conviction. I assumed WoC was for leveling only and is replaced when mapping, but a reference in the boss fight section contradicts that.

2. Which annoint node should we get? Both cheap and expensive

3. I don't always seem to freeze the mobs, is that because I kill them too quickly?

4. I assume playstyle is jump around with Leap Slam, spam steelskin to get arcane surge on longer fights, use diamond flask.

5. If I have onslaught in my leapslam/fortify setup should I replace the silver flask.

if you disregard his set up and do a cast when dmg taken instead it still works really good i did steelskin conductivity wave of conviction cwdt

Quick question - I noticed in PoB that controlled destruction is showing about 2x the total dps than added lightning dmg; i'm kinda new so just wondering why you chose one over the other?

I'm new to the game and this is my first build guide so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. As far as I can tell Witch cannot get Faster Attacks Support. Am I missing something?

Another question from me. Where to look for Staff in SSF Mode?

I've just finished Act 6, and since you recommend it (beggining of Act 5) I got only a few and none of them were useful. Comparing to other weapons they drop ridiculously rare.

That sounds really interesting especially having to click less.
Can you or someone else do the math if this is better than arcane surges dmg and cast speed buff? With conductivity and wave of conviction and cwdt on lvl 1 the enemies should get a -54% lightning debuff. Looks to be more damage but sacrificing a bit of defense of higher lvl steelskin.
