Sorry for the dumb question but, how do you even calculate DPS for this build? :D I'm pretty new and dumb, what I do is put a cursor on the arc skill to see it's current DPS, but it changes everytime and it obviously doesn't take into account Orb of Storms and Arcane Cloak's effects on it.

I don't have PoB but is that how you calculate it? Does PoB calculate everything and gives out a true DPS?

Yes, you need PoB. You will import your build and then there is a tab for configuration that you will need to set up properly with consumed corpses, etc. That will give you a more accurate DPS. For example, my Tooltip only shows 441K but POB shows me at 1.74 MIL.

I recomend using Kitava's Thirst if you only have room for one small jewel. I am still using Battle Rouse; Unless you have basically two perfect cluster jewels, then I would say to keep Battle Rouse and use later level skill points for the jewels. As for Sentinel, I still have that as well. I need the resists.

Spell Echo is superior. Unleash only gains seals once every .71 seconds at level 20, and it deals 11% less damage at level 20. Those numbers are even worse before level 20. Take into account that you are only really going to gain the full benefit from unleash (3 extra casts) maybe 1-2 times per map. And almost never in a boss fight. For reference, a 20/20 Unleash Support gem drops my over all DPS by over 600K in PoB.

You have plenty of upgrade options. I would start by trying to get a Tabula Rasa. Your body armour isn't doing very much for you and the 6 link will be a huge damage boost. Then focus on farming for currency. Do the Chaos recipe. I recommend doing it for 2 chaos per set, odds are you wont find the gear you need sooner than you can just buy it anyway. While doing that, just keep an eye out for decent gear; you will get there. I was honestly at about level 85 before I really felt like the build was taking off, and that was in SSF before I switched over so all my gear was trash (except for a lucky 6L chest).

I'm just to act 5. I got the Essence Glutton asendency notable and desecrate. I cast desecrate two times... I see the corpses, how do I consume them to make essence glutton work? Or, how do I tell it's doing anything at all?

It works automatically. If you enable show all auras in UI settings, you can see it with a number showing how many corpses is within range. Oh, and there is a very noticable blue glow around corpses.

Got a question, which gem would you use as last one if you had 7 link?

I think at some point I will have to transfer this to trade league. Otherwise I will probably never have crown of the invard eye, Kitava's teaching and essence worm. I already consider this run fairly lucky since I looted an Atziri's foible and a Rumi's. =)

It might still be SSF friendly, I can complete T16 maps and all, even though a bit slow... But those are such key items, especially kitava's teachings and essence worm.


Anyone doing SSF with this who was able to farm those?

First of all thanks a lot for the great and detailed guide!
I tried multiple times to reach Endgame over the last couple of Seasons, this is the first time I made it because of your well rounded detailed leveling guide.

The learning curve in this game is insanely hard and I reached Lvl 10 Maps now while I am farming chaos recipes (dunno if this is the correct name)

Since it's really hard for me to differentiate between good and bad items can someone check my Char and point me in the right direction what should be my next steps regarding upgrades.

Another thing I checked the last few pages in this thread and people were mentioning jewels etc. all the time is there any guide out there that explains all that in detail?

Hi, I feel like I Hit a wall...Been doing some T15 just fine...Boss fight is not a issue for me unless I get one shot...I been upgrading slowly but feel like there no improvement of survival...got any advice for my char??

Honestly its hard to pinpoint what exactly you need to work on since most of your stuff is still very early "endgame" gear. You already seem to have a few awak gems, a 1stat watchers etc. but lack basic solid other gear(e.g arc chains enchant on helmet)

I myself made the mistake of focusing on the wrong stuff since this build has so many different things to focus on.

I would recommend to get a few more mana nodes, get more jewels with offensive stats and overall upgrade your gear a little(more mana, cast speed/spell damage on respective pieces)

If you want someones PoB to follow I can give you mine(keep in mind I am not focusing on most survivability, I'm trying to get the most possible Sirus DPS out of the build = goal being over 5m atleast)

Another HUGE damage increase for me was swapping Orb of Storms to a Curse Setup instead of a dps setup(Curse on Hit, Conductivity, for third im currently trying crit increase but will prob swap to faster casting)
