Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page & POE 2 Arc Summary
I might be relatively low level right now, but I’ve been playing with Pledge of Hands and March of the Legion. I stand by both are extremely powerful (I’m 2m dps on a 5L and still in white maps), but I think I’d rather not use either.
Pledge of Hands This staff seems made for any Archmage build. It’s amazing. It comes with a 52.5% damage multiplier + 50% mana cost multiplier + only spend mana every 4 casts vs every 2. It’s main downfall is you must cast 4x before you can move on instead of every 2. You also lose out on all the defensive mods available on a shield. March of the Legion If you are using this, then you already know the major pain in the butt it is to keep up, but with it I can maintain 5 auras with Supreme Ego allocated, and I do not need an Essence Worm. However, It’s a royal pain, and requires very high mana regen. I’m also fairly certain something is causing my auras to reserve more mana then they should (assuming the wiki is correct for the mana multiplier of Blessing). It also require additional investment into increased duration in order to be semi-viable (I currently have 85%). If I dropped the other 4 auras that would allow for a hextouch curse + culling strike or Awakened hextouch with dual curses. Última edição por Aldonés#1294 em 7 de out de 2020 03:42:19

" Without looking at your build specifically, I’d recommend just throwing WoC in there. You can then drop CWDT completely as Tempest Shield is virtually a permanent buff anyways. In the empty sockets I’m a huge fan of General’s Cry + Vigilant Strike with a The Vigil socketed in the tree. You get a 30+ second Fortify. Edit: Nevermind on the VS. You need to use a scepter. What to you think about the
? It seems to fit the build with a downside of 72 max resist. I'm wondering before I try to 6L this. |
![]() |
" It's not worth at all imo. You'll be better off with a Cloack of Defiance for mana. 72% resistances (from 75) => +12% elemental damage taken, which is HUGE (it's, of course, multiplicative with every other sources of increased damage taken like "monsters deal +XXX% of damage as cold", shock, ...) Moreover, this lower resist are the (heavy) price to get bonuses, and you have 0 use for 2 of these bonuses (damage to attacks and ES) Última edição por ercana#7189 em 7 de out de 2020 05:38:33

Hi !
I got an abyss jewel with 5% chance to get Onslaught on kill, do you think Silver flask can be changed ? We don't use it much on bosses anyways, and onslaught should be up while mapping (or heisting) pretty much all the time (in 20% quality rare T14-16 at least ^^) And what do you think would be the best replacement ? - basalt (for damage reduction, would be usefull against hughe oneshot hits, since armor isn't very usefull against these) - jade (I don't know how much 3K eva can help us) - quartz (really don't know if dodge is usefull when we don't have any in the build) - sulphur flask for dps / life regen I would say sulphur should be the best option here, with both a dps increase, some crit chance and nice life regen (can save some mana through Agnostic), with curse immunity and increased duration as affixes Última edição por ercana#7189 em 7 de out de 2020 07:41:51

Hi, I'm following this build right now, and I'm liking it a lot so far :) I just wanted to know your thoughts on playing the exact same build, swapping arc for Crackling Lance? Could it be feasible?
|
![]() |
" If you can consistently proc Onslaught when mapping and you've verified this, I'd try the Atziri's amethyst flask. And to all: a life flask is really not necessary with this build once you have enough mana. Agnostic makes it look piddly by comparison. |

Is increased mana recovery rate and increased mana regeneration calculated the same?
|
![]() |
" Crackling lance in its current state is not even close to a competitive alternative to arc. As cool as it looks, it's just not a viable option. |
