I’m curious if Chain Support is the best replacement for Controlled Destruction. Yes the mana multiplier is a good dps boost, but wouldn’t Hypothermia still be better? Enemies are chilled with Corpse Pact. Chain should only be doing about 12-13% more damage + mana multiplier. The 15% more per chain stacks, so there is a diminishing return on increased number of chains.

Hypothermia is probably better for single-target, when you've got time to spread chilling ground. Definitely not better for mapping.

No, that's actually the right direction. A smaller life pool means less burden when you start running RF and a 10k+ mana pool is required to support this. I would try to push your life up to at least 3.5k, just to help with the 1-shots, but for anything other than 1-shots, you're in good shape.

Thanks. I just noticed that my mana regen is so high that i was doing a T16 rare map at A8 with Clarity "turned off" and only noticed after i killed the boss. Too bad there is no other aura to replace clarity right?

My suggestion is to run RF along with Clarity if your sustain is that good. Only in maps that don't fuck with your fire resistance, though; there are several certain map modifiers that are inadvisable to run with it. But it will be a huge damage multiplier...

I was able to find an image with the correct Seeds of Hope if anyone wants it. Take care to not get Righteous Decree, though the increased mana pool would partially offset the decreased mana cost.

What's better, Vaal Arc or alt quality (chain range) normal Arc? I have both at lvl 21.

I’d go chain range for sure. The Vaal buff isn’t that great since the majority of our flat damage doesn’t vary (Archmage + Arcane Cloak). Plus, you can get lucky lightning damage from cluster jewels, and you clearly have funds.

Hi !

I made quite alot of progress with this build, and I was wondering if some people had advice aboutr what to improve next.
For now my plans are:
- Change the mana flask (should have done it a while ago :p )
- Finish the quality on foible
- Get the Watcher's eye with % dmg taken from mana (don't know where I'll get the 3 DEX I'm lacking ...)
- 21/20 archmage support

I currently have ~13ex, so I should still have 5-6 left after this, and don't really know what upgrade would be the best after all this...

Hi There. I'm looking at the POB for this build and in the DPS calc it references inspiration charges being used to up the DPS a bunch. I'm not sure where those are coming from. I looked all through everything and can't quite figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated.

3. Is there a certain amount of mana / mana regeneration required to run 'The Agnostic'?
4. What's the biggest upgrade to my setup right now?

Go for Arc lvl 21 - you get 200k dmg boost in total with this.
