Is a ice golem really better than a lightning golem ? or is EO not reliable enough without ice golem ?

Hmm yea that could work pretty easily, I don't really remember using orb of storms since levelling anyway.

If you go and get The Agnostic, do you keep Vitaly?

Yes, vitality aura reserves just a fraction of our entire mana pool because it's not percentage based like most auras. There is no point in skipping vitality in mana stacking build

Oh wait..... Sigil can't use Innervate. Innervate would have been good on Orb.... that would get Shock on the mob, while we nuke with Arc. But Sigil doesn't do anything but buff, so it can't place Innervate on the mob. Meh. Is the buff from Sigil better than Orb w/ Innervate?

I noticed that it doesn't say to stop using it in the leveling guide nor is it mentioned in the final gem setup.

Yup, I made a note about that, second part of that post, which can give you some "that's probably what we're supposed to do" kind of guidance ;)

Vaal Arc is trash now, don't use it.
They reduced number of chains, and it is not supported by spell echo and archmage.

Oh, and by the by, from leveling section of Act 4:

I picked the Conductivity as a quest reward… during Act 2, I guess? Since I had largely enough gem space on my gear, and there was no other useful reward for that quest, I picked it at that moment, if only to start leveling it a bit — I soon lacked slots in my action bar to keep casting it separately.

Hi

The tooltip gives weird numbers when I use Wrath aura.

Toolitp arc dps number seems lower than the one without.

Is it a bug, or am I missing something ? (sorry I'm quite new to the game)

I apologize if this was answered or if it’s a dumb question, I’m returning to the game after a couple years lol. In the leveling section under Act1 it says after killing Brutus to get Clarity, Vitality, and FlameDash but I can only select one reward and I picked Clarity not sure if you meant for us to buy the other two or something. Also want to say thank you so much for this guide, it’s very organized and extremely well thought out which I appreciate greatly :).

Wrath gives us 21% more spell damage (At lvl 20), which is a pretty large amount. But we can only run it in an essence wurm ring, because it will otherwise reserve too much mana. In general that trumps any other ring.

You want to use Wrath only in an essence wurm. Otherwise it will reserve too much mana and work against the archmage support gem.
