why not snuck in the pastebin so we who have playd the game and know most of the build already can just copy and paste it in to check end-game gear and link combos. All other info is kind of meh "atleast for me" so please, you / someone eals put in the pastebin ^^, when you open the passive tree links it even says there tree is not up to date for some reason.
But still, nice guide and information for new people.
before asking about this why don't all the info or better yet do ctrl+f and search. almost all builds these days have a paste bin. It is clear that you didn't bother to read enough to see it....
then you can click that pastbin and tell me where the copy paste link is since you are so very talented. Ty

Hey Enki again and thanks for previous responses.
I dont know if that was asked before but what do you think about culling strike linked with orb of storms after getting watcher's eye? I thought it could be good to have better chances to activate innervate support from helmet.
Also does it matter if I buy level 81/82/83 or 86 sceptre for crafting?

You seem to not understand how PoB works? Just copy the pastebin LINK, which is in the 1st post, and then import it from there.
You can also search for Enki91 and his lvl 97 ele witch in delve to check for decent gear and the skill tree.

realy good guide. i notice something in the belt section rampage is not useless at bossfights cause some times if you reach high rampage the swords/bows spawns times to time the boss targets them over you.
